    We have a lot of bald eagles here (in Seattle), they’re almost but not quite as common as crows and gulls. I had always assumed the little ones looked more or less like adults, only smaller. If I’d seen this guy I would have assumed I was looking at a hawk.

    You’re supposed to learn something new every day, and I can thank you for fulfilling today’s quota. 🙂
